Hi,
There is new person, just joined today. He asked me for my phone #. I flagged the message. Can I flag them also? I do not want anyone to fall for this. Could some show me how I can flag them else where?
Thank you!!

...hm..."a new person just joined today"...a new buyer on eBay or a new poster in this forum...?

If the buyer or seller needs to communicate about a transaction, he can use eBay Messages.
Do not give your phone or text number to anyone. If it is actually needed, he can contact eBay which will give you his number and him your number.
But it is often a setup for a scam.
If it is not, the newbie will need a lot of coaching. You may decide this is too much work and add him to your Blocked Bidder list.
You have 82 keystrokes for free in your titles. Use them to give the make and model for those washing machine parts.

1. You can simply add them to you Block Bidders list - on the Overview Page in the Short Cuts block.
2. eBay does not allow exchanging of tele. nos & personal e-mail addresses unless the buyer and seller are engaged in a current transaction

eBay does not provide a way for one seller to "flag" a buyer in order to "warn" other sellers about him. The potential for abuse is too great.

You "flag" them by putting them on your blocked bidder list. Don't worry about anyone else. Others will have to learn for themselves to stay away from this scammer.
Stay safe!

Every member is warned against contact info...twice ...right on the messages page.
Sellers should already be aware of this along with all other seller protection policies.
