Hi there EBay community,
Not sure how best to address/solve an issue.
A few weeks ago a buyer placed a winning bid and never paid. Sent multiple emails and an invoice with no response. Filed a nonpayment claim with EBay etc and still they have never paid.
Finally re-listed the item recently and it looks as though they placed another bid.
Any advice on how best handle? Any help is appreciated.
Very new to selling so I’d like to make sure I’m covering all bases and not missing something.
Thanks in advance!

Cancel her bid, then block..which you should have done after that unpaid item.

After you filed that UPI claim with eBay, you needed to return to the case and ask eBay to step in so your final value fees could be refunded.

Block the bidder. If they do it once, they will do it again.

@isjimthere1 Follow through with the unpaid item claim and close it when ebay prompts you..this will get you credit for the fees you were charged.
Cancel bid and block.

Cancel the bid and add them to the block bidder list so they can't keep bidding.
My response to anyone who does is "you can't bid on it, win it, not pay for it, and then try to buy it again for a better price."

Much thanks for the advice. Will follow through on that. Didn’t even knew I could or should block a buyer. Trying to give the benefit of the doubt. Lesson learned though. Thanks again!
