@kri1239, eBay DOES NOT SAY THAT!  You have to actually read the policy, and eBay most definitely does not say that.

Only two kinds of items can be sold which are "replicas", which is clearly stated in the policy that @ckimodog linked to: replica currency, and replica firearms/toy guns.

In both cases, the actual items, the currency or the toy guns, have to be clearly differentiated from the "real" items as specified in the policy.

You can't take that policy and not read it, and just assume that you can sell counterfeit handbags or clothing. That would not make sense.

Yes, there are fakes sold here sometimes. eBay doesn't allow it, and they remove the fake items whenever they are found.

A simple and quick Google (or the search engine of your choice) will very quickly tell you that selling FAKES is ILLEGAL and you can go to PRISON.  Not the county jail, actual FEDERAL PRISON.

I always like to put a positive spin on things.

I hear that federal facilities are much nicer than county facilities.

The thing to remember that simply because you are calling something a "replica" does not mean you are not breaking any laws regarding the selling of FAKES.  Whomever is actually making them are NOT licensed to make them and therefore breaking the law.  If you sell them, you are breaking the law.  And so on.

Heck, the OP couldn't even sell a recipe for Gucci Cheesecake since using the term Gucci to sell something would be a violation of copyright law
