I was trying to create a new listing but it seems the limit is 250!

How to increase the limit to a Million?

You get what the eBay gives you and you have what the eBay wants you to have !

If you list some items inside the 250 limit for a while and then if you request eBay to increase your listing limit through the eBay support center, they might consider. However you will not be able to increase it to a "million" right away my friend.

New sellers have limits that will increase over time.

You can use "help & contact" and search ---selling limits----- to read policies

I am surprised you are allowed even 250 listings.

When I started a new account for a different product line, I was allowed only 10 listings or $100 value.

After 30 days I asked for a revision, citing my long record, and was allowed 4,000 and $10,000 value.

You can ask for more listings every 30 days. Permission will be based on your customer satisfaction.

You ID shows you just signed on to Ebay yesterday.  Did you sign up for managed payments with Payoneer?  If not it's what you need to do. 

Until you accumulate some sales and show ebay that you are here to be a trusted and honest seller, your limits will continue to stay the same.

I'm  wondering how you got a 250 selling limit. That sounds like the limit for new US sellers.

The limit for export sellers is 10 items with a total value up to $500 per month.

@reallynicestamps @fab_finds4u  well the eBay provide you with the listing limits based on how old is your eBay account too. Even when I activated selling, I got 100 selling limit as my first. Since my account was created on 2017. For new sellers they allow only upto 3 - 10 selling limit.

Thank you for pointing that out. In the past I've told buyers from Sri Lanka and Pakistan the same thing- that their limit could be 3-10. And sometimes just 1 listing.  Then I was told to give them that isting policy instead.

i don’t see any listings on this ID. What leads you to believe your limit will be 250 items? Are you referencing the number of free listings that many established sellers (without a store subscription) have per month?

Happy to let you know. And its true. I believe @ke-341109 's eBay account is also an older account. That might be the reason for him to get 250 selling limit as his first.
