Anyone know the correct answer for this scenerio? If a buyer won an auction the day before one of these Promo Coupons like todays 15% off everything and has not paid yet, can they throw the item into their cart and get the discount? or just pay for the auction today and get the discount? Just curious how this specific example would work. Anyone? If the ANSWER IS YES, wouldn't it benefit buyers to WAIT the maximum amount of days to pay for an Auction Win to HOPE for a % Off Coupon to be laid at their feet and extend or delay the paying of "SAID AUCTION" to receive a discount? What is the policy on this?

Yes they could. The policy is unchanged - buyer needs to pay before UPI times out.

Yes the buyer can pay today and use the coupon. Considering how infrequent a SITEWIDE coupon is issued, I doubt most buyers wait the maximum amount of days to pay.

I am just curious, and thanks to both for answering this question. I only ask because these site wide coupons are becoming the NEW NORMAL and not INFREQUENT.
