Help!!!!!

I am need help! I listed an item to sell, I keep getting notices of bids but I MY EBAY doesn't show the item listed and I have no way of responding. 

There is not a customer support number to speak to a real person. 

I am desperate for help

I see one bracelet for sale, but you have it listed as Buy It Now... you won't have bids unless the sale is Auction format.

Don't be confused by emails from people pretending to be making offers. Those, don't reply to. Tread lightly...

Edit: you can also go into your listing and tick the box that says 'Require immediate payment with buy it now' for insurance.

Take a deep breath.  This is not the place for desperation.  Ebay is not a get rich quick site.

You have one item listed with high shipping.  There will be no bids since your listing is not an auction.

It will sell or it won't.  If you are getting fake messages from scammers saying they have placed bids they are lying.  Most likely they see your low feedback score of six (6) and figure they can trick you somehow.

Only follow the official ebay prompts.

I know you did not ask, but your pictures for this bracelet are really dark - it is very difficult to tell the detail of what you have for sale.

Also, you call it "mint", but state what it is missing.  If the bracelet is missing a component, it is usually not "mint".  You don't want someone to purchase it and indicate it was not as described.

You might wish to indicate it is in VGUC for its' age, etc.  I tend to not use EUC for anything used or vintage.  I might state that its' condition for the age of the item (btw your listing does not state that the approx age is?) is Very Good with minor scratches or light surface wear from age/use, etc.  

Good luck.  Your shipping is also high for the bracelet - you might wish to revise that - you also have it shipping in a medium flat rate box?  I do not think $10 covers the cost of a medium flat rate box?

Hi that is an old listing from 2019 so I don't know why it's there and I cannot find the current listing of a purse which apparently has three bids. The listing is not in my EBay and I cannot respond. That is the issue I am having

Hi that is the problem. That listing was from 2019 and is not the current listing of a vintage purse that I just uploaded two days ago. My EBay does not show in my queue and I have three bids or at least those are the messages I am getting. There is no customer support so I don't know where to go. 

Also note that I have actually been an eBay buyer/seller for over 20 years but somehow eBay wiped out my previous account. Additionally I sold over $2k worth of items in 2019 and none of that is listed. Again I am looking for a customer support number as the one I have is no longer working

Tried it. The auto assistance doesn't understand the problem and keeps replying ' customer support is not available '

Any chance you are signed into 2 different account?

Or you are signed into Google and it’s messing with your Ebay identity (the system is recognizing 2 different users)?

That's most likely the problem. OP claims to have been a member for 20 years, with lots of transactions, but the ID they're posting here with was created in 2016.

OP needs to figure out if they have more than one ID. If they get emails from eBay into two email accounts, they can try to log in using the email address not associated with the account they're posting here with.
