Help with item sold

I just sold my first item yesterday, 12/12/20. Now the item was listed as waiting for payment but the buyer still hasn’t made the payment. I’m not worried because it’s still within the 48 hours for the payment. Now today when I woke up to check the item I got this message “we removed this listing from the site. For more information and next steps go to your messages.” I checked and there are no messages. If anyone could advise me as to what’s happening I would appreciate it

You checked your eBay messages and the personal email account you used to register with eBay? And you checked both your spam and your trash folders?

Have you checked whether the listing has actually been removed? Does it show up in your Sold section in My eBay? Sounds to me like you listed something that eBay prohibits. Do you have a listing number, so we can check up on it?

Yes it shows up on my sold section it says waiting on payment. It was a pair of louboutin heels. Here’s the item I’d 124479125354

Maybe eBay decided they were counterfeit?

Yes they are. I have receipts to prove it if it’s needed

Item # shows on Google, but Ebay has removed it..............so there is sure a reason......    If you can't find the message, you're going to have to call them......DO NOT RELIST it until you find out...........perhaps a scam buyer.......

eBay canceled the transaction due to a suspicious buyer. Thanks everyone for the help

New sellers with expensive items are targets for scammers.  Never email outside of eBay, no texting allowed.  They'll send a fake notice of Paypal payment if they get your email.
