Help with international package

Good afternoon,

On June 22, I shipped 2 packages to the eBay international shipping center in Glendale Heights.

One going to Jack in Canada with drawer handles

One going to Dylan in France with doll clothes.

Today Jack sent me a picture.

He received Dylan's package of doll clothes.

The picture shows the package he received has Dylan's name and Dylan's evtn number.

What in the world do I do about fixing this mess when the sorting center made this mistake?

Re: Help with international package

Was the picture of the label on the box or a picture of the packing list?

Re: Help with international package

The picture on one side is my handwritten label to Dylan.

On the back side of the envelope is a printed label from the international shipping company addressed to Jack.

Re: Help with international package

So it looks like you put the wrong printed EIS label on each package.  That printed label is the primary label

Re: Help with international package

I'm sorry but no.

I don't print labels. Don't even own a printer.

That printed label is from the eBay one shipping center not me.

Are you saying you didn't print out the labels?

Re: Help with international package

I hand write ALL labels

The printed one is the one eBay attached at the shipping center in Glendale Heights. See the big APPLE printed on the upper corner.

Re: Help with international package

My handwritten label is correct.

The shipping label from eBay Glendale Heights is incorrect, swapped between 2 packages by one of eBay's employees there. After they received it from me.

Re: Help with international package

You are mistaken.

That error could only have been made by you.

Ebay does not "swap labels" at the EIS hub.

Unless you are not capable of making a mistake, in which case this is ala ebay's fault.

Re: Help with international package

It's really clear what happened per the screenshots, and sounds like it could totally happen at the sort center - they switched their own printed labels by accident. It's something they're going to have to handle, in accordance with the arrangement they have with we sellers. ETA: @linus.hux72fe

Re: Help with international package

How am I mistaken?

I only had addresses to the sorting center in Glendale Heights, not their home addresses in Canada and France.

Secondly I do not have access to Apple Express Shipping.

Your snarky final comment about my making a mistake is rude and uncalled for. Perhaps you should think and examine the evidence prior to answering.

Perhaps you put the handwritten address on the wrong envelope or maybe not, it doesn't really matter at the moment.

Tell the buyers to open a Not As Described refund request. Since it's EIS they will refund both buyers and you get to keep your money. In most cases if they are low value item EIS will probably not require the items to be returned.
