Had a buyer leave me negative feedback after the item being a day late to ship but he still 2 weeks before expected delievery. Demands a refund which I give him. Then contacts me a week later calling me a dumb **bleep** and a **bleep**. I just want the feedback removed as this person was terribly rude. Help?

Why would he call you a week after you gave him a refund and swear at you?

I did look at OP's feedback...not looking good on your shipping practices. It seems to be a common thread in your feedback.
Your slow shipping practices is a reoccurring theme in your feedback. Do you not see that this is a problem that you perhaps need to address?
It's not just one or two buyers of yours that have made unflattering comments about your slow shipping but about a dozen of them...
And you state that you are using priority mail in some of these listings? Buyers expect a decent delivery time if you are using such a shipping method.
I'm sorry but try and improve on your shipping time...many sellers keep very good time on their shipping procedures and buyers have come to expect that here. It's important. Do not forget the important things.

3000 car parts listed. I have a hard time keeping track of just 250 items!

I agree.
There are many other sellers who have even more listings than the OP and do not have a problem in their shipping metrics.
May need to cut back if that is what is causing the big shipping delays...or hire help?
Then again, maybe shipping complaints from his customers are of no concern to him.
