Well, When I list photos onto listings they turn sideways (I am working with Velvet on that one).

The return policies look weird (It says "Returns Accepted,Buyer,30 Days,Money Back,Int")

And the shipping additions look wired to (there is no punctuation)

Could be why they are turned sideways then. Android tries to help you based on how you hold the device. But i-whatevers photo software is really strict on how you hold or tilt the device. Or it does it how it thinks it should be. Have had cases where photos will show on websites upside down only for Apple users. Would require resaving and then uploading.

 

It may not be fixable, but best bet is to try taking test photos of something in portrait and landscape (both ways) and see which is doing the sideways thing. And then in the future take photos the "right way" according to Apple. Let me know if you don't know what I mean and I'll try to come up with examples.

 

This is based on old info though. Apple stuff might be better in this area now. But would be worth a try.

Thanks, I have tried that.

I think it is just a problem with eBay.

Every time I upload a photo or anything even with an android or samsung it doesnt work.

I have experienced the same issue with photos being rotated after uploading, and I take all my photos with an actual camera, not a phone.  I called about this *MONTHS* ago and was told by general Customer Service that it was a "known issue" and they were working on it.  Still happening.  I was given an email address on one of the monthly seller webinars but the email bounced bc I was not an authorized user.  If you get someone to fix it, please pass along their info!!!!  User id nyccowgirl7

Yeah, this is a annoying problem.

I fixed it for a bit but then it doesn't work again.
