Help me with profile pic!

I want to update my eBay account profile pic to make it match my eBay store profile pic. How do I do this when I can no longer access my account profile pic? I can only edit my store pic. When I communicate with buyers, it shows them my old account profile pic instead of my store pic. Also, my profile pic here on the Community is the old pic. Please help!

Sellers Hub > click on your name > on the next page that comes up there should be a link way over to the right that reads: Edit Profile (with a pencil icon) > the next page should show you a pencil icon on your profile pic, click on that > it says Add Photo , Remove Photo > edit pic and don't forget to click Save.

Here's how to change your profile pic.  You can only do it on a computer ... NOT on a mobile device.

1. Go to your feedback profile.
2. Click on your current photo.
3. Click on 'Edit Profile'. **
4. Click on the 'pencil' in the upper right corner.
5. Click on 'Change photo'.
6. Select a photo from your image files.

**  If you don't see 'Edit Profile' ... it means you're not signed in to your eBay account.

Your instructions only edits my store photo, not my account photo.

An eBay rep on Instagram gave me the correct instructions:

1. Go to "Store"

2. Click on "Visit store"

2. Click on "About"

3. Click on link next to "Seller:"

4. Edit profile

Now my account profile pic matches my store profile photo!

Well, I don't have a *store* to change the photo, so if that's the case, how will I change my account photo !? (color me confused)

If you do not have a store, the instructions provided by house*of*paws should work for you.

Store subscribers just have an extra step not required for other users.

Yes, I know that.

Those are also MY instructions for changing profile picture (posted before house did).

It's just that OP was saying I/we were wrong and that's not the case for those without a store.

I missed your previous post, sorry. I thought your confusion involved how to actually change your profile image.

Instructions differ depending on whether there is a store subscription or not, and that fact is the source of much confusion for others.
