I have been selling on eBay for over 4.5 years and thought eBay had died
for good. I am shocked that my sales for the same product have gone up
75% in the last 31 days compared to the same period prior months. This
is what I've been doing differently...
OMG!!! My listings cannot be accessed on the eBay app right now. ANYONE
ELSE??? So my listings show up through search but do not open when
clicked on. Everything seems to be working fine on the desktop site.
I am having the same problem on my iPhone. I have upgraded my iOS
software and re-downloaded the app every day for a week. All
notifications are on. I still don't receive a cha-ching or a banner when
I make a sale. It is very frustrating.
An eBay rep on Instagram gave me the correct instructions: 1. Go to
"Store"2. Click on "Visit store"2. Click on "About"3. Click on link next
to "Seller:"4. Edit profile Now my account profile pic matches my store
profile photo!
@dbfolks166mt When a listing is not doing well, I delete it and relist
it, starting back at 0 sold. The calculations on variation listings is
also inaccurate and always displays a lesser number than actually sold.
