Help is this a real address? Buyer shipping address?

My item sold within an hour of being listed, but I question the shipping address. Is this legit? Anyone have this same type of address. Buyer has only 24 reviews. I tries to read past threads but they are closed.  Thanks for any insight! Googled address comes up as an industrial distribution building at Portland International Airport.

I’ve sent items worth hundreds of dollars, no problem - $600 coat, $1000 skirt, etc.

You can’t wait for “cleared” payment. This isn’t the old days of checks and PayPal pending payments.

The problem is EBay’s GPS, not international sales.
