I always get the same error message when I click on anything under Help & Contact: We didn't find a good match for your search. Please try again.
That's why I unfortunately can't reach ebay support, even though I really need it because my payouts are on hold until i update my account details.
I can't update my account information because ebay keeps asking me to update it even though I send my ID card, passport or driver's license.
Has anyone had a similar experience of not being able to reach ebay support due to the above error?
