I received an offer which I accepted but the buyer contacted me and asked me to cancel the offer. How do I do that?

There is nothing under order awaiting payment
@disp718r
You require a buyer to submit a payment source in order to make an offer in the first place. That should result in the buyer being billed AND you being paid right away.
Check to see if the item has already been paid for, and perhaps "awaiting shipment".
If it was a "COUNTER offer" you accepted that is another procedure altogether. This becomes an "immediate payment required" situation where the buyer has to actually pay if they want the product. The listing is supposed to remain for sale until paid for by anybody. You cannot send a reminder, or an invoice to the buyer for counter offers either. You cannot file the Unpaid Item Cancellation if they don't pay either.

If it's an Order by now, can you use the drop-down menu on the left to 'Cancel the order', citing 'Buyer requested'?
Edit to add: Locate the order under Orders/Awaiting payment. Good luck.

Thank you. I will try that. The person who made the offer has not paid.

And if you don't see the order in your "awaiting payment" items, it's not considered a sale until paid. If the item is still listed, it's not considered sold unless and until paid for.
There may be nothing to cancel.

Yes, it was a counter offer that I accepted. I am ok with the person not wanting to complete the transaction but when I try to revise that listing, it won't allow due to pending offer.

You don't need to revise the listing unless you see a problem that needs to be revised. And yes, while there is an OPEN offer, it will not allow you to revise the listing.
It sounds like the buyer never accepted the offer you sent them. There may be nothing to cancel. You can ask you buyer if they accepted the offer. But make sure you tell them if they don't want it, don't accept it now. You are just asking because you are trying to make sure you don't need to cancel something. If they didn't accept the offer, you have nothing to cancel.

The buyer countered and I accepted, so, payment waiting. The buyer then decided that they did not want the item and contacted me to ask if I could cancel their offer. Could not find a way to do that . Now, the listing is still active since the buyer has not paid and I need to revise my listing to make it more clear that the item has a flaw but listing won't let me since there is a pending offer. Hope I am explaining this correctly.
