How to see sales totals by keyword?

If I search using a keyword on the orders page or within performance>sales the sales total number disappears.

I see sales totals for the last X days but as soon as I search titles or add an SKU the sales totals disappear.

Is there a place within eBay UI to sort sales with totals?  (without downloading a CSV file)

I don't understand why eBay hides this information

Are there any good 3rd party solutions with granular sorting of sales?

From your Seller Hub Overview page, go to Sales (today, last 7 days, last 30 days, last 90 days).
Choose one of those.
When you get there, up at the top, change it to however long you want.
Generate Report.
Scroll down to where you see a list of sold items.
Enter whatever keyword you want, and search.

@recyclemotors707
I just clicked Sales last 90 days.
Changed it in the upper left to Last Year.
Generate Report.
Scrolled down to the list of sold items and enter Honda Shadow in the search box.
You then have to manually add, but you can add Total column OR Net column.
Wow, I need another old Shadow!

I then backed out of all that and discovered I really don't need another Shadow.
I think I need a KTM anything best I can tell...LOL

How to see sales totals by keyword?

Thank you,  I appreciate the response.

I generated a report,  I can sort by keyword or SKU for any timeframe, but I still don't see sales totals for that search, only a list of sold listings.

I really miss when the active listings UI looked just like the sold listings UI and you could sort sales by store category or keyword and you could see shipping totals, etc.

Do you use a listing tool or any other software that has a good UI for orders?

I use this info to decide on what I can pay for bikes,  it's a pain to download a CSV file to get this info and I'm not very good with excel.

How to see sales totals by keyword?

@recyclemotors707
Not found anything that'll add it up for me and give me a "total".
From seller hub,  I go to sales, choose last 90 days.
Then I scroll to the bottom to a list of what's been sold in the last 90 days.
And then I search a keyword such as "Honda Shadow".
Since I've only parted out one Honda Shadow.   It shows me a list of all the Honda Shadow parts I've sold.
I then have to add that up manually to get a total.
I can change that 90 days to a year if needed.
I assign a stock number or reference number to each vehicle I take apart.
  Example: My 1st vehicle I purchased in 2025 was a 2002 Mercedes C240.  It's stock number is 25001 (2025, 1st vehicle. The 2nd vehicle will be 25002.
25001 will be written on every part removed from that C240.  So, 10 years from now if I pick up a brake caliper that has 25001 written on it?  I'll know what it's off of.
You can put that number at the end of your listing titles if needed also.
Such as a listing title "2002 Mercedes C240 left rear brake caliper 25001"
Then I could search 25001 and get a list of all the parts sold off of that car, and ONLY that car.
Add it up and I'll know whether or not to buy another C240
