Hi Community.
So it appears that I mislabeled a package and sent an item to the wrong buyer. Luckily that buyer is honest and let me know (they had purchased something else from me), and offered to send on to the correct buyer provided I send them a paid mailing label.
Thats fine, but assuming its possible, how do I do that through eBay, i.e. send to them the correct mailing label? Maybe just buy label off USPS and send them that? Thought maybe eBay has an easier method..l. thanks,

No problem. Go to seller hub - orders - shipping labels. Find your order to this customer. In "Action" drop down menu to left of your item you will find "print another label". Buy the new label, print it off and mail it to your customer. Or--- to save time, download the label and then email it to them and let them print it off if they are wiling. Bingo!
However, now you are going to be late shipping to your 2nd customer. Better inform them of the delay. Good luck!

Hi!
I know what I would do, however that might not be what you should do. Hang in there someone will come along & tell you what you should do. Good luck🍀
