Help Request, Clickable buttons are non-responsive on Sell Your Item form

Suddenly, I'm not able to click on, and get a response from, any buttons on the SYI form (including "update listing", "preview", "customize" and "find product"). I have Windows XP/SP3 and tried Chrome and Firefox browsers (which I usually use). It may be a Java/Javascript problem. With an XP system, you have to use older versions of web browsers and software (ex: Java). Seems like eBay locked me out because of the technology I'm using. Can anyone suggest a work around? Thanks so much!

You have not sold in about 6 months so you need to make sure your account is still set up correctly in order to list.

Make sure you have a PayPal account with a valid bank card attached.
www.paypal.com/us/home
Also, link your eBay account with your PayPal account.
If you plan to sell on eBay,  set up an automatic payment method.

This links takes you to the Registration Page on eBay.

They must be having an issue with their website. I'm unable to list  or sell similar either. (using Mac) I am still able to make changes to existing listings using bulk edit.

I haven't read any complaints so far today, but will keep watch and if any more complaints, will report to management.  Meanwhile, try contact eBay.

Spoke with eBay over the phone. They had no idea what was going on, said they would call me back, then I got cut off. They're clueless (at least the CS rep I got was).

I am wondering about script issues also
None of us with stores can get a response when we click on our store categories
button, not to add them , not to rename, delete, move . Nothing

@discontinuedmusic@labs118,  I just read another post where the seller could not use "Sell Similar".  So it may be a problem.

tyler@ebaybrian@ebay.com,

Have you any information on what might be a glitch.  This is the second post where seller could not use buttons to list.

Having the same issue, cannot edit.  When I click the item I try to make changes but when you click the UPDATE button, nothing happens.  Also, the pictures don't always show up in edit or the text part.   Something is definitely going on and as usual, Ebay overseas CS is clueless.

Thanks for the heads up @Anonymous!

Hi @discontinuedmusic - this is a known issue currently being worked on. I've added your information to the open ticket. In the meantime, as an alternative, you should be able to create a listing from scratch without issue. Thanks!

Tyler,

I'm having a problem too. I can't relist any items and can't click on any buttons. They are having another glitch.

I'm having major issues too - since last night, drafts aren't loading (or occasionally if I refresh a million times they do), create a listing invariably takes me to a blank page. A pretty big crimp in my work day!!!

@Anonymous
Thanks Jame
Had tagged them to the store category issue post we had on the tech board & Tyler responded over there as well.
Seems there are issues in a bunch of places going one here.
The Tech board is now really loading up with posts about the listing issue
Hope they get it squared away soon.

I have been able to create new listings without issue on my Laptop running windows 10 with edge , My store category issue is still not fixed & there is no work around per Tyler.

Just curious to know if you recently had any duplicate listings that eBay may have removed or some other issue they were upset about?  My mom once was not able to list for about a week (a long time ago) and I eventually discovered it was because she inadvertently listed the same item twice.

EDIT:  I see Tyler said this is a known issue they are working on so please ignore my question.
