Help. Really weird situation

So I had a sale this morning. Went to PP to confirm and printed out the packing slip.

This afternoon the transaction is sitting in PP but when I click on the details it says "oops that page doesn't exist". Called PP and the rep said they can't even see that transaction on my account. She 'thinks' it was cancelled.

Okay, fair enough BUT ebay still claims I've been paid and expects me to ship it out (not happening).

So what now?

I had a sale last night where ebay showed payed but got no notification from paypal. When I checked paypal there was nothing there. When I woke up this morning the money & transaction was there. It seems like there was some kind of delay. Today the 2 sales I've had so far have gone through as normal.

What worries me is that the PP rep told me the buyer must have cancelled it. I also didn't think that was possible.
