This may or may not apply to your piece, but usually when I come across a piece of porcelain that has a decoration on the bottom, such as a flower, the flower was placed their to cover the original manufacturer's mark. This was done by those whose hobby was decorating porcelain, they would then place their initials, name or cypher on the bottom.
Since the "mark" is hand drawn, this is probably the case with yours. The easiest way to tell is by examining the decoration, as most were good painters, not great ones.

under magnification I can't see that it covers another mark.
Thank You!

You will probably have to Google "Porcelain Trade Marks". There are a lot and it helps to know the origin or era of the item. At least you have something to reference. I have a China Porcelain tea set with no markings. All I know is approximate age (50+ years because it was in the family) and that it is real because of the sound.

I have had this for about 30 years, I don't know how old it really is it was old when I got it or where it is from so I wouldn't know where to start.
Thank You So Much!
