Help - Do I ship my sold item yet?

Hi everyone,

I've recently returned to the platform after a long absence. I'm in the process of selling my old, faulty mobile phone and have accepted an offer. On the sold item page I see that the buyer has yet to pay but also that he has sent a Paypal payment today (03/09/2020). Do I ship the item yet? I have checked my Paypal account but there is no such pending transaction visible. I have attached a screenshot of the sold item page.

DO NOT SHIP until you verify that payment has been made by actually logging on to your ebay or paypal account.

NEVER ship based on a email you receive saying payment has been made. Scammers send fake emails all the time.

How do you know he sent a PayPal payment if you don’t see it in your account?

Bottom line, if it’s not in your account then you don’t have the money. And no money = no ship.

Did by chance your "buyer" ask for your PayPal email address?
