Payment Still on hold for a week after delivery

I sold something about a week and a half ago and it was delivered almost the next day. Still my payment is on hold and it says I will be paid within one day of delivery. It was delivered on 8/24 and I am still waiting. Any help?

Because the item is over $1 thousand the funds will be held a full 21 days.  Ebay does this just in case the buyer files a refund request then the seller still has the money.

Keep in mind that the buyer has a full 30 days to file a refund request under the ebay MBG for item not as described on ebay AND 180 days with PayPal buyer protection.
