I sell mostly vintage postcards. I started listing my items using the Multiple Listings with Photos when that option first became available to me. It was amazing. It sped up the process and saved me hours of work.
But now, it isn't working properly. I can still upload my photos this way, however, it isn't generating the columns like it used to, i.e., Category, Title, Type, Era, Region, Format, Shipping, Buy it Now Price, etc. That's not my main concern though.
My main concern is the category section. I first select store category, Collectibles, postcards. That part is fine. When I go to put an item in my store category, my categories aren't showing up. A box pops up that says, Store Category, Enter a Value. I enter Postcards- Animals, and it says that category doesn't exit. But when I go to my sellers hub, all of my categories are still there.
Why am I unable to put an item in a store category when listing through the Multiple Listings with Photos Tool?
Help Please.
