Help Below Standard Evaluation

I need help because I am getting absolutely no where with Ebay online customer service. In July of 2020 (a high issue time for USPS during the pandemic) I started having alot of issues with buyers not receiving items and opening cases. It was quite a few in July 2020 and August 2020 so much so that it shut my Ebay account down for a bit of time. I eventually made it out the other side with my account back open and everything back to normal around December 2020. Now all of the sudden in June 2021 I have been restricted from using the promted listings option on my listings. I was selling a lot last year and now I get a few sales every few days. Why now is my account being penalized(a year later)? If it's because of a yearly evaluation will I be restricted for a full year or will it lift once these defects drop off in the in next few months. I'm just genuinely confused as to why after a year with no issues this is suddenly coming up? I appreciate any help I can get.

Ebay Customer service has no power. They are there to appease. I have remove most of my items from tge ebay store and moved to other platforms. 

 

They don't care.

Should is the key word. They dont remove just keep uou on below standard.  Just took another 50 off moved to a platform who cares

Ebay will wake up eventually when they lose half their business to inefficiency.  Can you tell im sick and tired if their ineffective policy. 

 

Just removed another 25 to another platform !!  Lol

I'm not real sure what you are doing wrong, I know we can't gauge by account info, because you could have had another account at any time, but going by just what you show here, I have sold more items, and for much longer than you, and I have not gotten "screwed" by eBay (KNOCK ON WOOD).  Perhaps I am just following all of the rules and therefore retain all of my seller protections?   I don't know the real reason why you feel you are getting screwed.  I mean you come onto an old post and you kinda vomit all over it with just your criticisms of eBay....  Shouldn't you have just started your own rant thread instead, and perhaps some of the more experienced sellers could help you stop doing whatever it is that you are doing causing your feelings of being "screwed"??
