Have you registered for Managed Payments with your bank info and ss#?

I am having SERIOUS trouble with getting my items listed!! I go thru all the steps to list, include EVERYTHING and hit the "List" button and Nothing happens. I cannot even save for later.

I have checked, checked and triple checked for any errors in my entered info and there are none. I am extremely frustrated. Anyone else, or is it just me?

My Internet is working fine.
