Ebay is not loading payment method during refund process. It only started recently. There were no changes made by me and Ebay was withdrawing money from bank before. The funding for refund is not loading during checkout and results in failed refund. It happens no matter the device, app, browser and payment method which is added to seller summary in payments. The preference is set to use available funds first then bank then another method. All fails despite being there because refund page shows no payment. Ebay reps using to file tech issue ticket and they said that issue is not reported on outage page. Payment methods are added they are just not being loaded during refund checkout like before. Paymenst methods are the same as before (for several years). See screenshots for explanation. Today is my last day to refund on my own without Ebay stepping in and they blocked me from doing it. I have been reporting issue since Friday (4 days)
