Buyer filed item not received. They never picked up from post office.

Hi. Soldand shipped a item that stated the box was too full or too small.  They never picked it up. Once the post office starting sending it back they filed item not received.  I dont mind that they don't want the item and giving a refund.  However the issue is now its putting my funds on hold. Help. I can't call customer service anymore as this option apparently isn't available anymore.

Anytime the buyer opens up an item not received case, ebay will hold the transaction funds from the seller. Once the item reaches you, issue the refund & move on. Just be sure the tracking number has been uploaded in the order details and reenter the tracking number in the case.

You should have received a message regarding the filing of the INR by the buyer. Be sure to respond to that notice by entering the tracking number in the place provided. 

Once the item returns to you, refund the item minus the shipping. 

Also, the phone customer service is just a little better than worthless. They will most likely misguide you or flat out lie to you to get you off of the phone.
