Has the feedback removal request system in Help Page gotten better?

I've noticed the last few feedbacks were scrubbed quite easily when I just went thru the help pages. When ebay first introduced this system and stopped taking phone call requests for removal, the criteria for removal was quite strict and success rate was quite low.

The last few removal requests I've made were honored 100% of the time. I don't think my reasons for filing the requests have changed since the system started. So has anyone noticed that they've gotten more lenient?

Me too.

I think I had 2 under the new system.

Both were removed in under an hour.

That was before the updates they made last June.
