Has anyone sold to a German buyer under new German Packaging Regulations ?

Hi-- I want to sell some items to German buyers.  Have any sellers sold to German buyers under the new Packaging regulations either direct, through EIS, or a freight forwarder. How did it go ? Did you have to register under LUCID ?

Does eBay handle new requirements like harmonization codes and packaging/Lucid requirements, or will I have to do it myself?

If you ship via a US based forwarder then you do not need to be registered for LUCID, it would be the responsibility of the forwarder.
