My store and another long time Ebay seller are experiencing large sales drops in the last two months. I contacted Ebay but they say all is fine. I did get them to admit there is a system wide problem with sellers being able to view how many people have viewed theyre items. They offered no solutions or a fix time. I also noticed that over 75% of my listed items were unviewable for about 3 days because of some other system error that would not let buyers see my photos. This happened to the other seller as well. Anyone else have these issues?

I would love to hear your tricks and advice, I am one of the sellers who has been tanked. No snark here, I'll have your back!
Cynics do have a place here, just don't take it personal LOL They help to keep perspectives balanced.
My 1st sale in July was on the 7th. Have had 16 sales so far as of today 7/21.
This is way below from my previous 10 yrs of sales, but due to the way things seem to be moving here on ebay and the substantial increase in online competition, I am grateful for those sales.
Sad, but true 😞
I, for one, would love to hear your tips to increase sales! 😉

Yes, for approximately 3 years overall sales volume have dropped severely due to a number of factors. The most common theme of filed complaints again eBay stem from unfair seller treatment, ineffective scam prevention and Paypal's bottlenecks and buyer refunds without fair arbitration. Amazon has developed an easier seller model and a more comprehensive sellter protection faculty that promotes legitimate product listing and offers a better punitive process for scams and refund arbitration. eBay has a quickly growing number of lawsuits stemming from the massive imbalance towards seller and buyer protection that punishes the seller without recourse or validation. And the growing number of short-term buyers who understand eBay's loopholes in which almost any product can be purchased and refunded without valid cause from the buyer and without accepting valid challenges from the sellers. This has turned away eBay's legitimate sellers on a exponentially increasing scale... it's all publicly reported knowledge and eBay is estimated to be in danger of bankruptcy in less than 8 years in a recent eTrade financial study.
