I am sick and tired of ebays harrassment to me.Ive been harrassed not only once for violating my listing which i dont know what the hell these people are talking about .I hardly sell anything but kepy paying their fees and they tell how much you need to sell your stuffs, well in fact they charges more fees everythime you sell.You call them and here goes this stupid automated service who does not let you talk to anybody , what kind of **bleep**ty service is this?I am not happy with you ebay and STOP HARRASSING ME CAUSE I DONT CONTACT NOBODY OUTSIDE OF EBAY.STOP ACCUSSING ME OF THINGS I DID NOT DO.Can you do bettter service than this , i am paying my dues i deserve good service from you not **bleep**ty service

Sorry, eBay isn't here and won't read nor reply to your post because this is a discussion board for eBay buyers and sellers.
So what ever it is you're doing that eBay doesn't like and has to send you messages, then stop doing it. Then the "harassing" messages will stop.
I've been a seller since 2004 I've never been "harassed" by eBay.

The only harassment I've received from eBay is about getting a discount when you order in their fabulous app.

Can you give us an example of the type of messages you're sending to buyers that ebay believes would imply that you want to take sales off-site?
Are you asking for or responding to request for texts? Are you sending Paypal information?

What I do get are message "a $50 credit statement can be yours" if I apply for an eBay branded Mastercard.
I don't even bother reading those I just delete it.

Are you aware that your “all sales are final” means nothing on eBay? If a buyer opens an item not as described case, you will be refunding, no matter what your listing says.

Good point.
Actually putting that on your listing is almost inviting a buyer to attempt to mess with you.
I have a few items I sell with no returns offered, but I also clarify what that means in my Return Policy details. Which includes detailing that an item that doesn't match the description or photos can be returned, but the item will have to be returned for the refund. An example can be found on a few of my listings.

If you really want some help and a better understanding of what is going on, we can help you with that. But you will need to give us more information.
When Ebay emails you telling you one or more of your listing violates a policy, that email does tell you what the problem is. You may not agree with them, but it is there. Would you please share the body of the emails you have gotten from Ebay. Please black out any personal information.
We can help you if you work with us.
Regarding selling fees. Yes, there are fees every time you or any of us sell something on the site.
As for contacting Ebay. I can give you other ways to contact Ebay that may work better for you. But actually until you actually understand what is happening, it is likely best not to contact them. Let us work with you to give you more knowledge to work with. I think it will do far more for you.

Hi @angelheart1435 sorry for your trouble.
I looked at your listings. In your descriptions you have a disclaimer that states you will not ship internationally, but your listing is set up without any country shipping exclusions. As a result, your shipping tab shows that you ship to many countries. Without your excluding international regions in your shipping preferences, you cannot enforce a No International sales statement in your description field.
By any chance have you been attempting to cancel any sales from overseas buyers? Or have you been contacted by a buyer and then shortly thereafter , you ended a listing? Both those actions could get you into trouble with the platform if they think you are trying to sell outside of eBay. Proceed cautiously, because one can lose their selling privileges over that issue.

To the best of my knowledge, unless you have a store, you only pay fees when you make a sale.
And, yes, you pay a final value fee every time you sell.
