It's pretty rare to have such an upset buyer that the end up cussing you out. I have quite the honor today to have been cussed out by TWO different buyers. So I figure it must be a holiday.
Buyer 1: Messages me saying someone most likely stole their package from their doorstep. Later that day they file an INR because I didn't reply yet. I told them the usual steps on how to locate package (GPS, family, neighbors, etc). The guy comes back with a "thanks for your ____ bad communication, you ____." along with a negative feedback that already got removed.
Buyer 2: Guy files a return for item. Almost a week later they accuse me of something and say something like "how come ebay is still telling me to send it when I CLEARLY already sent it on _____." Assuming they used their own label I say I'll double check with my warehouse and mail carrier... asking them to describe package and give tracking. They replied with a description and say "Look man, if you already have the item and don't want to give me a refund just say it. It's fine, I just won't buy anymore from you." I reply I can't issue refunds without having the item back, and tracking info can help me bring it up to USPS. He replies with a "_____ this, keep the money then, ______!"
Oh this holiday...

Just... wow.
So I guess I got a belated Profanity Saturday celebration card from Buyer #3:
He messages me asking if the t shirt in the listing is true to size. I tell him that I have a size chart with measurements in the listing and please compare and buy accordingly. He replies with "I normally wear a medium, so should I buy a medium for this listing? I get a bit more detailed here and tell him that I'm not sure. And to use his body measurements to compare with the chart's measurements and buy the size that works best.
He replies "I don’t know the measuring chart so I need you to tell me what I asked." Not really sure what the first part of that sentence means... he doesn't know his measurements or he doesn't see a chart. Regardless, his 2nd part of the sentence sounds pretty rude. So I end up sending him a photo of my size chart and say use that to determine his size.
He comes back with "Are you going to tell me what I need to know or what? Do I buy medium?" BBL (Cliiiiiiick!). So I fire one final message (yes I'm that bored) telling him that I can't answer that question because his idea of a Medium can be smaller or larger than my idea of a Medium. And to use measurements because an inch is always an inch no matter what brand.
His reply "____ you, boy." Ha ha, all this for a stinking t shirt. Seriously guys, did one of you put a "Profane Me" sign on my back?
