Thank you for your concern. This site has been around for almost 3 decades and is well versed on these issues.
Ebay has taken a lot of the problematic issues away from sellers and are protecting us more than ever with their EIS program. I would encourage you to read about this program as it is a good one.
Unfortunately for you, this program is only available to US sellers. Since you are in Sri Lanka, you won't be able to use it.
