Help, I have a buyer that unintentionally left a negative review. They are trying to revise it, but don't know how. Is the only way for them to revise it, is for me to request it? Is there a way for ebay to allow them to revise it since it was an accident, without counting as one of my requests?

They have to use the revision form you send them..........that's what it's for.........

My only concern is that I only can do that five (5) times per 1000 reviews!

This is what it is for, so it doesn't make any sense to save it for the possibility of another one or five when you have one in hand you can fix.

Okay, that makes sense. Thanks!

It's 5 per 1000 per year. Each year, the count for the 5 allowed revision requests resets, just as your monthly free insertions do. So unless you think you might get 4 more negs this year, you should go ahead with the revision request.
