Please help...I've sold my 2nd item on EBay...the tracking number that was provided by USPS after I printed the EBay level. Tracked couple days after item was picked up at my home, the tracking info showed it had arrived at the post office in the city where she lived but item was "intercepted by the seller" I contacted customer service via their call back service. EBay rep told me to disregard what it said on the tracking updates. He then assured me the item had been delivered. Seller has now messaged me it was not delivered. I've been trying to reach customer service SOMEHOW via live chat, call back, send them an email...all to no avail. Don't want to refund cause EBay rep assured me it had been delivered. Can anyone help me

Your package now shows delivered.
If he opened an INR upload the tracking number to it.

I just did an inquiry with USPS about a package I had sent with signature required. Tracking showed it couldn't be delivered due to no one at address to sign for it. And no-one ever picked it up at Post Office. I got no response from the buyer, but she did leave a Good Response for Feedback. On the USPS website under "Help" you can fill out a form that will help you with your question. I got a direct call from the buyer's Post Office (the Postmaster) two days later. She informed me that the package wasn't there. She actually admitted that sometimes a package is released without being scanned and not getting a signature - due to maybe a new employee. I said, Well it was a $250 item and what was the sense of paying for signature required. Too bad that these employees aren't more conscientious.
