Hello, please helps.

Please allow me to explain my situation.

I open the account in 7/2021. I left it alone (without listing any items for selling), I did not go check any messages in my inbox in my account. Then when I am ready to list the items 1/2022. They said my account was suspended permanently. The reason is not able to be provided, and also please do not contact them for further action for the suspension. This is the final conclusion. The decision of suspension is final and it cannot be reinstated. I cannot list items or even buy anything from ebay.

Then I decided to open another account, because I thought it may be some error that I put it wrong for the information of the account, I used different number/bank account/ but same/first and last name. I am sure I did not do any crime or anything wrong, or any substantial fee, because at this point, I have not listed any items for selling at all. I, this time, I listed 3 items. It went live for 30 mins, (which around 12am), then all of the items got removed.

I called them, AGAIN, my account is suspended permanently, including any related account. They cannot provide the reasons.

Which to me, NO EXPLANATION, it is NOT FAIR, at ALL. I am thinking to write the email to legal department for the explanation.

Please help.

There isn't really any advice to give, or any way to help, except to suggest you find another marketplace to list your items. Unfortunately, the opportunity for you to use eBay is over.

I just need explanation, I felt like commit serious crime, which I am not! It is so unfair!

What did you list?

Were others on the same IP banned already?

Were you banned on another Account?

There has to be something, can you expand further?

If not then we can only assume there was something extreme done that got you banned

I listed preown brand name bag

I listed from my phone.

That was very first account I created 7/2021, I tried listing 1/2022, then I got suspended.

Then I gave another try, by opening another accounts, with different phone/bank account, but same name/address, using my phone to do all this. And I tried listing brandnamed items, same preowned.

I do not know what I violated. ANd they make it sounded like me jeopardizing ebay community, and I do not think I did anything wrong at all.

eBay never gives an explanation for a permanent suspension and they don't reverse them.

They don't want some to know why they were suspended, if they did, they would find a way around the suspension and they don't want that.

One thing that I do not understand is they ban someone from selling and buying who has never bought or sold anything on ebay?

Amazon gets rid of sellers all the time but they are still allowed to be buyers.
