Guaranteed delivery dates on some of my items and I never opted into this. How do I fix this?

I just realized that some, not all of my items have a guaranteed delivery date for the 18th of Feb. Monday is a holiday and I have three day shipping preference. I never signed up for this and have been searching all morning to fix this without any luck.

I deleted my items that had this guarantee which couldn't be met even if I had signed up for it, which I didn't. Even the est. delivery dates are not realistic.

Some of my dvds were listed guaranteed to be there by Tuesday! even though they are sent media mail. Sunday and Monday the post office isn't opened and I have listed three days for me to mail.

I've read older discussions that do not work for me. I cannot find an option to opt out even though I never opted in.

eBay gave themselves permission to add fast and free to any listing that they want

to when the seller offers free shipping. There is no way for a seller to opt-out of fast

and free. If you don't want it all you can do is stop offering free shipping.
