Okay, need help from you folks .... any mods out there? I received a message from eBay that a buyer had requested my full contact information (after multiple purchased items). "User Information Request SR# ..... " message. Thereafter I received a message from the buyer that he tried my phone number given to him by eBay, but that it was invalid. Yep, it's invalid alright. Not only that, but it's a phone number I've never had or used. What's going on? Tried to go to my Account Summary info to check on my phone number, but cannot find any information anywhere with my phone number. I.e., I cannot verify that eBay has my correct phone number, nor can I change it if incorrect. What!???? I do KNOW FOR A FACT that eBay has my current/correct phone number, as I've called them multiple times .... I have received phone calls (promotional stuff) at my correct phone number, along with the FACT that my current phone number is the ONLY number I've had/used since starting my current account nearly 10 years ago! Why is the buyer being given a false/invalid phone number for me and WHY CAN'T I FIND ANYWAY or ANYWHERE to check on eBay as to what phone number is on record for me?
