Got a notice from eBay yesterday that said we can now ask for feedback corrections but can't see how a customer can do it. I even went back and tried to find the message and couldn't. No sooner than today a customer left me a really weird feedback. I could tell she meant it for another seller but now I am stuck with the weird feedback. I contacted her and she said she was very sorry and would try to correct it. Well she has tried every way but Sunday and can't see how to do it and neither can I. Anyone know how to do this?
