Make it so all my auctions will notify buyers I will not be able to ship my items before I get back? Thanks in advance.

Since you don’t have a store there is no way to put your listings on vacation or to put a ‘seller away’ note on them. You may be able to put a note on your listings using bulk edit but I haven’t ever tried that myself and I am guessing most buyers wouldn’t notice the note anyway.
You could change your handlng time so that you still be able to ship within your handling time and not get any late shipment dings. If you have access to the internet while you’re away you might also want to send a message to each buyer letting them know that you are away and when you will be shipping.

It is not a good idea to run auctions when you are out of town and unavailable to manage your listings. So I suggest if you run any auctions, close them and repost them when you are available again.
As to your BIN listings, since you don't have a store, you can't put them on vaca hold. You don't have that many listings. I suggest closing them and then reposting them when you return. It isn't hard to do from the Seller Hub. If you need help on that, just ask.

Close the auctions that don't have any bids yet.
They will go to your Unsold List and stay there for 60 days if necessary.
If any of your auctions have bidsL
I wouldn't recommend extending your handling time.
First because you could be away longer than you think.
Second because the mailstream is slow in December and buyers are antsy.
And just close the Fixed Price listings. They could sell while you are getting in the car to start your trip and you would be worried for the whole five days.
Will you have internet access, including smartphone access?

You can't use a vacation setting as you don't have a store. You can extend your handling time out to when you will be back and able to ship. Or you can choose to end your listings.

I did not see any auctions listed but you do have 47 Fixed Price listings that are active. Most sellers just end them and then restart them when they return. If you do not want to do that then you would need to change your handling time to cover the time you are away.
Good Luck Selling!
