Global Shipping Sale: Ebay shows Awaiting Payment; Paypal shows Paid

Anyone else experiencing this with a Global Shipping sale? Received payment email from Paypal and website shows Paid. It's been 12 hours and Ebay still shows Awaiting Payment but label print page does not show unpaid warning. Is this a glitch? Do I ship?

You logged into the PayPal website right? And you didn’t click any links on the email? The PayPal website shows payment is completed and seller protection eligible?

Assuming your handling time is a reasonable 2 or 3 days, what's the harm in waiting a few more hours until they both show paid?

Just got off phone with Ebay CS who verified payment has been made. She told me the buyer was charged for purchase and shipping to Global Shipping (GS) in KY. Once it arrives, GS will then invoice buyer for international part of shipping. Does that sound right? Can anybody verify this? Thanks for previous replies and any new info.

Most of it is correct but the GSP does not invoice the buyer when the item arrives at the GSP. The buyer pays the GSP fees at the time of purchase. I suppose that MIGHT have changed and as usual no announcement was made BUT I doubt that because I mean....how stupid would that be? If the buyer changes his mind when he gets the GSP invoice then the GSP won’t forward the item on to the buyer they either have to pay to send it back go the seller or refund the buyer and sell the item themselves. No I’m 99% sure nothing has changed and you got a misinformed rep. I would still wait till at least Monday to ship since your handling time is obviously not up.

My feelings exactly...how stupid would that be. I hope its not new policy. Good advice about waiting to mail until Monday. I hate to lose all the weekend USPS transit time, but better safe than sorry. Thanks for your help jen.
