Hi, I've weighed an item (prior to packing) as less than 1 kg. I  paid for and printed a label off with that weigh on it. Once I packed the item, it was slightly over 1 kg, can i ask advice on what my options are to amend this please? Thank you.

Even tho you understated the shipping in the listing, you are honor bound to mail the item and pay the excess shipping yourself.  You can't ask the buyer for more $$.

Since you are not in US, have no idea how the postal system works, but here we would void the label, and the cost of it will be refunded at a later date.  Then we would purchase and print the label at the real cost..
