Global Shipping Program

Have been enrolled in it for years and it was brought to my attention today that I am no longer offering international shipping....US only.   It's as if the program no longer exists.   If so it is a recent change because a couple of weeks ago I had a sale that used it.  Has anyone else noticed this??

There are so many glitches right now on e-Bay with listings and changes made to listings without the Seller realizing it, that it would not surprise me.

We list with listing templates and they have changed ours to these odd default rules for shipping that now encompass the ability to send to GSP or not.

Check your shipping rules to see what they have as your "default".  Good luck!

I looked at your listings and it says ships to USA and many other countries.

Was the person who brought this to your attention from the UK?

I ask because I looked at one of your listings at random, and it had GSP shipping for every country that I looked at, except for the UK. I couldn't check them all, of course, but that's what I found.

This is the second time I have noticed this in the last few days; there was another seller whose listings had GSP for every country except the UK. I don't know what's going on.

In order to "fix" it I had to change the category on thousands of listings.   This all goes back to changes I made in order to comply with the item specifics requirements.  Also discovered that many of my listings were not showing up in search results....that seems to have been "fixed" as well.
