Hello fellow sellers!
I dispatch everything same/next day and have done for ages. Everything is ticked as "shipped" at that time.
Today I received two notifications about orders that said "Shipment Overdue", but when I clicked on them, the orders were, of course, marked as shipped.
Anything I should do, or just view this as a glitch?
There is no message from ebay in my inbox about this or any other signs, just the notifications on my phone.
Thanks!

Sound like the carrier didn't do an acceptance scan. Your packages aren't considered shipped until accepted by the carrier. Buying and printing the label will give the tracking number, but that acceptance scan is what you really must have.

I've been getting the same notifications for the last week. All my order are despatched within 24 hours well before they are overdue. I despatch by Royal Mail standard post, they mark the orders as despatched but still I'm getting 'overdue' notifications on all my orders. So frustrating, I'm assuming this is connected with the upcoming changes.

Hi @tinyfishes567 . This is a known glitch with the Overview page / notifications. As long as your Orders page looks OK, you can ignore the "awaiting shipment" and "shipment overdue" tasks on the Overview pgae.

I’ve been getting the same. I use Royal Mail in the post office too. I dispatch myself, and hold tracking for myself and if required to look up. As a private seller I think you have to upload all proofs etc but as a business we do not. I don’t print any labels so manually entering all the tracking numbers would take an absolute age. I’m hoping it’s just a glitch in the system

This is happening to me too for the last week. for items where I post with stamps, and 'mark as despatched' manually. I hope ebay can fix it, because the notifications through my phone are becoming a pain in the neck.
