Hello everyone, I have been selling on Ebay for almost 20 years on multiple accounts and recently started a couple of new ones to sell off personal goods. Every account I've used when listing something usually attracts a few views, especially in the beginning with $1 auctions. However, on this account I can't seem to get any views.
I basically follow the same formula as all my other accounts over the years and I know what I'm selling now is in demand, sports cards, but I'm very shocked that I haven't been getting any views at all. Even when I'm selling obscure stuff in other accounts attracts more people.
I'm quite worried that something is not being done properly, can anyone help? Thank you kindly in advance.

I've contacted them and the representative just told me they are live and I just need to change the way I search for them but I know she didn't answer any of my questions and has asked someone else to handle it.

There's lots of interest in sports cards and some of the cards I'm selling are sought after. It's not normal to have no views, plain and simple.

They are active in my selling list. What I believe has happened is I'm dealing with the "item specific" glitch. I've been doing some research and it seems that around October last year Ebay rolled that out with lots of trouble which affected many sellers. Even when I have gone and filled in everything, which I thought would do the trick, it has produced no results at all.
If anyone has had any luck with this issue, I'd love to hear how you went about dealing with it.

Are you also the OP? That was who my post was directed to.
Also the OP now has 9 listings showing as of yesterday [4-13]. So they should have started getting views now.

I'm glad they are showing too. According to the listings, they were posted yesterday, which is the day after you started this thread.

To reiterate, indexing can take up to 24 hours for new listings to then show up in Search results. And if you tweaked or revised a listing while it is being indexed, it is believed then the item gets re-indexed and could take still longer to show up.

Indexing certainly can take that long, but the listings show they were posted yesterday, not on the 12th. Indexing doesn't cause the listing date to change as far as I know.
