Getting lots of views, but no sales.

Hello. I just started an account selling T-shirts through Printful. I have several designs available. My listings are getting lots of views, with one already having over 100 views in just a few days. But I have not made any sales yet. Can anybody look at my listings and give me tips as to what I may be doing wrong and what I can change or do to make some sales. I think in this case people would understand that the shirts are made to order. Also on a side note. I dropship many of my items and am upfront about it. People seem to like me just fine 😉
