     You are in Sri Lanka and drop shipping items out of China. Suggest you check with some of your fellow Sri Lankan's as to what they are doing. I am assuming you and your fellow Sri Lankan's have gotten their Payoneer accounts setup and can get paid.

Sell something that's not being sold by a hundred other dropshippers and that doesn't have a two and a half month delivery window.

How well do you know the American market? What led you to pick the items you have listed?

Drop shipping inexpensive items from China can be a very difficult way to get established on eBay. To be successful here, one needs to carefully research items that will be in demand in the US market, and offer something that will attract buyers to your listings.

In addition, your choice of items need to be acquired at a cost that enables you to make a profit after all fees are paid. Keep in mind that preliminary research includes knowing what your competition is doing. 

For example, take the Tom and Jerry plush toy set. An American eBay seller has the identical item listed. His price is $19.99 with free and very fast shipping. Your set is priced at $34 with free shipping and a much longer shipping time. 

American buyers want their items to arrive quickly. They will also comparison shop to get the best deal on price. How do you hope to compete? These are some questions you need to ask yourself. 

Searching for the answers can take some doing, but in the meantime, wish you good luck in your efforts, and much success here.

If you're selling new plush toys, buyers want to see pictures of the the new paper tag and upclose images of the tag or label attached to the body.  Buyers want to know the brand.  Unbranded type plush are available at the dollar store. Unbranded type plush may not be safe for young children.

You say in your listing that you accept PayPal only for payment.  Unless something has changed in the few days, neither PayPal nor your government will allow you to receive funds through PayPal (although you may send funds that way).  Payoneer is the payment processor you are supposed to be using.

If you use some bogus, outside Sri Lanka Paypal account that you bought, you are in for nothing but trouble.  You will be shut down and you risk being permanently banned from selling on eBay.

As for your merchandise, I agree with everyone else here:  The market is saturated with the overpriced, knockoff, Chinese junk you dropshipping.  It arrives at our ports by the container-load every day.  It fills our stores here, and it is priced at a lot less than you're trying to sell it for. 

So you need to rethink everything you are doing.  Sorry if that sounds harsh, but you asked.
