Getting harassed and insulted over a listing.

How would I go about blocking this person and or reporting them? I simply counter offered someone's offer to me and they started going off on me saying I'm a crack head, that my mom was hitting the bottle when I was in the womb and that I'm ruining America. All because I listed a cpu cooler that has a yellow fan and he calls my backstory "**bleep**" when I have pictures that I purchased it that way.

I have a lot more, and I admit some of my messages back were also not friendly. But I don't tolerate hurled insults or harassment towards me or my mother.

He also has 1000+ feedback and joined in 2008, but this is what he's doing with his life 😕

Box that says 'Shortcuts'- scroll and you'll see 'Block Bidders'

Ad that buyer to your blocked list and you will never see another message from them again (as well as they cannot buy anything from you)

To block someone on eBay, go to your account settings, navigate to the "Selling" section, then select "Selling Preferences" where you can find the "Your Buyers" option; from there, click "Edit" and enter the username of the person you want to block into the list of blocked buyers. 

To report someone on eBay for harassment, navigate to the message thread with the harassing messages, then select "Report message" and choose the appropriate category for the violation (like "threatening," "abusive," or "offensive") while providing details about the harassment in the report form; you can also report a user directly from your "My eBay" page by selecting "Report a buyer" or "Report a seller" depending on who is harassing you.

In the new messaging system look to the upper right for the 3 dots, click on that for the Report message button.

I would remove the part of the description where you address that user and bring up crackheads & insults. It does nothing for your listing. Potential buyers aren't going to know what you're talking about & the only thing it adds is drama. Be the bigger man. Block, report, move on

Good thing you blocked them. Out of 6 feedbacks left for sellers, 2 are negative. Big red flag.
