Getting bad feedback removed

What do think my chances are of getting this feedback removed.

"Shady laptop dealer.Hid previous repairs.Damaged in spot not pictured.Caution!"

Buyer messaged me "The computer runs great and the hard,  but.... ..........It does have a chunk of plastic that's been broke off from the shell. " Tiny piece of plastic  came off one coner. 

I said that it must have happen  in shipping and I'd be willing to take the return if he wanted to do that.

He says he doesn't believe me.Ask me a few question I'am I orginal owner how long I've owned then Refuses to return item and leaves neg.

I believe he was just looking for a partial refund  got mad I wouldn't make him an offer so he neg. 

What you think my chances are getting ebay to remove this feedback?

I have gotten a few removed but I don't see anything on yours that would qualify.

If you're asking if your case falls under feedback extortion.... it doesn't. Those threats have to be clearly black and white for ebay to agree that it's extortion.  For example, "if you don't ____ I will leave you negative feedback."

That's not to say you can't get it removed thru other means. But if you ask me, it'd be pretty difficult to remove that feedback without the buyer's cooperation.

A professional response to his feedback left puts a different light on it if a perspective biuyer checks your feedback. I see you've made it private - that alone would make me click the back button because I'm wondering what the seller is hiding.

It's on this account. But yeah I have been considering that and just aget some quick positve feedback to drive it down off my feedback page a bit wouldn't look too awful and my feedback is still decent.

Still gonna try a few times tomarrow hopfully I get lucky. I've seen some sellers get lots of bad feedback removed looks to depend on what buyer comented or messaged. Nothing to loses in trying I guess. if not yeah I'll just leave reply though sometimes the buyer will reply your reply then they get the last word it's kinda rare but still that would suck.

Try this reply. Tweak it how you want. I don't know why but I always try to add a "sorry" in there.

"Sorry. Happy to honor return. Nothing was hidden. Damage likely USPS mishandling"
