Getting an error when trying to leave feedback.

Whe a Buyer purchases multiple items from me and they are combined in one payment I can no longer leave feedback.

Getting Error "We ran into a problem saving your feedback. Please close the page and try again"

Has been going on fro two weeks, can leave feedback for individual items but not anything packaged together.

Have tried on the order level and also on the items level with same results.

Happening on Both ebay.com and ebay.ca

Anyone else getting the same error?

I leave  lots of multiple feedbacks and also get them 30-40 at a time from buyers

I use the seller hub and click on the top button in the orders,it checks off all in the list and it leaves feeback for all my buyers at the same time with ebays canned messages

I do this the same morning  I print the shipping labels

you can see the "shipped and awaiting feedback" at the bottom  of the orders tab in seller hub

There's link on top of the listing itself to leave feedback and then once you leave for one elect to leave more and the others appear.   The feedback interface is different and your stored responses are not there but it will work.

Going to my feedback page and scrolling to the bottom I was able to use the link to leave feedback there to successfully leave the feedback for all items.

Me too but its only just started and won't let me send feedback and says 'please try again later' and of there is no one to phone who can help. I've messaged my sellers that I will send them feedback ASAP just so they know im grateful for their products, hope this gets sorted out soon

This bug still exists in the mobile app. Items show up under "awaiting feedback" but if the order was part of a combined shipment an error is given on any attempt to leave feedback.
